Parking Permit Application

There are TWO STEPS to obtain your La Vega High School student parking permit.

Step #1:
Use the link below to access/submit the La Vega High School Student Parking Permit Application form. 

Step #2:
After you submit the LVHS Student Parking Application form, you must completely fill out the the payment form and process the $10 fee in order to be eligible.  (The payment form link will be provided upon submitting the application form.
